Our booking Privacy Policy (set out below) will apply to your booking and forms part of these booking Terms and Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Any copyright and other intellectual property in the content and materials on the Bhajan Samaj website remains with Bhajan Samaj. Downloading, copying or otherwise using any material on the Bhajan Samaj website is permitted only for private use and limited to the sole purpose of making pooja booking.

2. Force Majeure

Bhajan Samaj will be liable for any change or cancellation of any booking that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Bhajan Samaj. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions.

3. Limitations

Bhajan Samaj nor other providers of products or services related to the booking facility are responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, difficulties or lost, stolen, or misdirected transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of any such communications to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws. Further, Bhajan Samaj nor any other providers of products or services related to the Bookings Facility are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by user(s), by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Booking Facility, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information related to the Booking Facility and shall not be liable for damages resulting from any of the foregoing to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws .

Bhajan Samaj may cancel or modify bookings where it appears that a user has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the bookings contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

4. Devotees Personal Details

We do not circulate, sell or use the personal details of our devotees that have been submitted to us through these bookings. These details are only for the purpose of booking the poojas and for our poojaris to be informed about the devotees information well in advance. We also do not store or save any of your payment card details with us.
